Our purpose is to promote positive healthy behavior changes in children ages 5-17 through physical fitness, nutritional enrichment, and education. Exercise Fits Kids Foundation, Inc has launched  three new services. EFK’s Bread Box , EFK’s 529 IRA and EFK’s Sporty Kids. EFK’s Bread Box is mobile and created to help combat hunger in children! EFK’s 529 IRA  was created to assist in opening educational opportunities for children! Sporty Kids ‘s focus is to help families facilitate their children’s sporting activities.  Lastly, EFK Arts was designed to fund children’s artistic talents.
